Loftis Properties (LP) is a commercial brokerage and property management firm in North Carolina.

Brokerage

Ron Loftis, Broker-in-Charge, is a member of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors® (WSRAR), the WSRAR Realtor® Commercial Alliance, and the WSRAR Multiple Listing Service. LP also subscribes to data services including Karnes, Xceligent, RealData, and LoopNet. While currently offering only limited brokerage services, LP maintains a successful referral network and plans to introduce Broker Price Opinion (BPO) services in 2017.

Property Management

Ron’s prior experience with a national turn-key developer and an international construction company laid his foundation for all aspects of the real estate industry including property management. In recent years, Loftis Properties managed business offices in Winston-Salem but is currently limiting property management services to forensic consulting.
